GAGNON VIBRA FEED INC.
Maintenance, Servicing and Troubleshooting
Vibratory Bowls should be cleaned regularly to minimize oil and dirt build up within the bowls. As a standard practice we incorporate dirt/debris holes into all of the bowls we build. If parts are oily within the bowls, they should be wiped down once a week or as needed, this will help reduce wear on the bowl tooling over time.

After long amounts of time of a vibratory bowl running, drive units can lose their tuning. Springs can wear out, impacting the performance of the bowl, which causes un-necessary wear in the bowl.
If a vibratory bowl isn't performing as it should, there is likely a cracked weld, or issues with the drive unit. Contact us today for our troubleshooting checklist.
